Inside the Uber Exclusive Dinner with DSQUARED2 and as usual, MsErinsita was there!
The hot, flaming and hysterical brothers Dean and Dan Caten of the legendary fashion house DSQUARED2 were in Miami for the opening of their brand new boutique at the Bal Harbour Shops. Unable to attend the store opening because I had the glamorous birthday party of Susanne Birbragher, I was fortunate enough to be selected to join the real-deal soiree: a 30-person celebratory dinner at Mandolin Beach at the SoHO Beach House.
Decked out in a DSQUARED2 crème femme top lent to me by Kristin Ducote, I decided to pair my look with Vintage Chanel high-wasted-wide-legged black tuxedo pants, gold Blahnik flats and a Bottega Veneta satin clutch. I entered the cocktail portion of the evening, fashionably late, where I was able to reunite with my best friend, Ports 1961 Creative Director Milan Vukmirovic and Evgeny Giniyatulin, who introduced me to the brothers as ‘our crazy best friend.’ Such is life and I’ll take it. To exist is a bore with out a lil loka in the world.

After mingling with Jonathan Cheban, Marysol Patton and Hassan Pierre, we were off to enjoy dinner with one of the prettiest group of people the city has to offer. Sitting at the table with Dean (who has more facial game than me with his extraordinary poses), Anthony Spinello, Julia Ford-Carther, Marita Stavrou and Alegria Beracasa, the evening was just beyond. Invitees were seated at five separate tables, and as expected, it seemed that everybody was living it up, while eating enough to sink a ship.
Guests included Gianfranco Maccarrone, Angela Featherstone, Barbara Becker, Calyann Barnett, Courtney & Karen Lord, Daniela Botero, Daphne Groeneveld, Heather Kleisner, Irma Martinez, Jenny Lopez, Laura de Gunzburg, Martina Basabe, Masha & Robert Hanson, Rianne ten Haken and Todd & Inga Kozel.
